October Ministry Leadership Training Event
Legacy Partners is a three-night training event that facilitates integration between leadership principles and the lives of the leaders. The pastors and leaders who were present represent a wide multi-denominational influence including Baptist, Foursquare, Lutheran, Methodist, and independent churches.
For more than twenty years Kirk Kirlin has served as a leadership and character coach to pastors, planters, business and denominational executives. Kirk Kirlin also serves on the reFocusing team with NOVO (the team that we’ve joined) and he was the one who led the Legacy Partners retreat.
This was an incredible retreat that really helped me understand the seasons of development that God brings into the life of leaders.

Coaching
I am currently working with 18 coaching clients who include pastors, ministry leaders, and christians who have a sense that there’s got to be more and want to explore what God has for their life.

VC Friends
Our prayer is that a movement of the gospel would be launched right here in Ventura County. Our desire is to see Jesus made visible and His love made unavoidable. We want the 60% of the population that will never step inside a “church” and experience a Sunday morning service to experience God’s love right where they are.
November and December Focus: Prayer
It goes without saying that what the world needs now more than ever is our prayers. Would you join me in prayer for…
Our Country: For unity and revival in the United States.
Our County: For God to strengthen the churches within Ventura County.
Our Community: Pray that people who don’t know Jesus yet will come to trust Him as their Lord and Savior.
