Every year, more churches close than open. Studies show that 60% of our population will never walk inside of what you and I call a church. The churches that do exist struggle to love and serve their community.

PASTORS WANT HELP

Many pastors are burnt-out, tired, and frustrated. They have difficulty leading their congregations, their families, and themselves. So many feel alone with no one to help or support.

CHRISTIANS WANT MORE

Many Christians still feel lost even though they’ve been found. They know what they have been saved from but not what they have been saved for. Because of this, they remain stuck.

We serve Church communities.

We serve leaders and small teams.

We serve individuals.

Church Communities

Our team comes alongside existing churches to help the members of the church become missionaries to their community.

We do this by walking with churches through a program called the “Missional Pathway” and providing coaching and support for the pastors and leaders along the way.

Small Teams

Our team comes alongside leaders and help them launch teams through a three-part process called ACTIVATE(D).

First, we help individuals find clarity on God’s calling for their life. Secondly, we help Christians build community that is centered on making new disciples of Jesus. And thirdly, we provide continued resourcing and support for those communities as they continue to make new disciples of Jesus.

Individual Christians

We take Christians who have a desire for something “more” and help them live in the fullness of what God has for them so that new disciples of Jesus are made.

Through professional coaching we help christians take their next step with Jesus. God has called each of us to follow Him and walk with Him one step at a time.

From Him

It starts with Jesus.

We know that every movement, every network, every team, and every person that comes to faith has a starting point. It is Jesus is calling them.

It starts with Jesus every time.

Through Him

It is sustained by Jesus.

We know that everything that is sustained and grows is because of Jesus. When we abide in Him we bear fruit. Apart from Him we can do nothing.

It is sustained by Jesus in every way.

For Him

It is all for the glory of Jesus.

We desperately pray that Christ will be glorified in whole neighborhoods and networks of new disciples of Jesus.
